Registration is for returning and accepted students only. If you have questions about our program, or would like to schedule a day visit and/or interview, please see our Admissions tab.
Returning students and new students accepted through the interview process only may register. When registering each academic year, you must download and sign the General Liability Waiver found on our Forms tab and return with your registration and membership/facility fee. The registration fee covers insurance and online transaction costs and the membership/facility fee covers rent for our facility and other small expenses that we incur each semester. A confirmation of your registration with payment instructions will be emailed to you once we receive your registration. Registration fees are non-refundable. Once paid, tuition is non-refundable unless other arrangements are made with the facilitator. A waiver is needed for each student. The standard photo release form (also on the Forms tab) is optional, but please include it with your registration if you are willing to have photos of your children posted to our website (no students will be identified by name). Our Policy and Guidelines Statement can also be found on the Forms tab. By enrolling in any Mosaic Freeschool classes, you agree to our policy and guidelines.
In order to facilitate a positive and stimulating learning environment, the highest standard of conduct is expected from all students. By enrolling in any classes offered by Mosaic Freeschool, you agree to be bound by our Code of Conduct.
Our Code of Conduct simply states that all students are expected to be respectful of their facilitators and fellow students at all times. Repeated disruptions or refusal to follow instructions may be cause for dismissal. In addition, students should not miss more than two classes per semester unless prior arrangements are made with the class facilitator.
